Battlezone 1

Yes. Newly formed with new players. Lead by me. :3

All clan membera are of Axal Productions. We have a Ventrilo Channel on Clan of Dooms server, which is a L4D, TF2 central clan. However, since my computer is incapable of playing anything above BZ, I brought them all with me to multiplayer, and they all rather liked it.

Spock witnessed us all in action earlier, apparently pleased. We only have four members, and we'll all usually be on at the same time, in a DM named "Axal Clan Battles." So far, the members who have shown up in game are:

Lord_monkfish_I
Smashman

Ones who may appear at a later date (names subject to change):

Mr. Sandman *

*They both have Vista, which doesn't seem to like BZ very much. If you have a solution to their problems, let me know.


Few things for our DMs:

- Clan members stick together; whenever someone else joins, we team up (since frankly, we're all not that good).
- No Pilot killing. It's a cheap, nooby tactic, and none of us appreciate it. Let them hop in their ship and THEN kill them.
- Please don't prey on us or single us out. We're all fairly even in terms of skill, so go after the lot of us.

We're not currently adding anyone to the clan, we're basically just a group playing together with a mutual pact (except Smashman, who unerringly attacks Unknowncode all the time. =/ )

We hope to play quite a few more games in the future, and you're welcome to join us. We're friendly guys with mild tempers, but we're all easy to get a long with.

I can't promise to follow the no pilot killing "rule" if I see anybody sniping.

Quite frankly, BZ is a strategy game, so you should encourage them to strat. See you all in the zone, we'll have many good games.

They all just got into the game. I dragged Code into a strat before to teach him, but he crashed before I could attack him.

Rest assured in two things:

- I'm the only one with enough gall to try sniping. (I got Mr. Spock as my first snipe )
- Axal Clan Strat will be up soon enough. Once I've taught them all how to play and taught them a few tricks, we'll start stratting. If one of you are on at the same time, we'll even play with you.

I'm hoping to get more into the Battlezone multiplayer myself. I'm resisting the urge to apply my supermod again, but that only messed it up last time. I don't think I've played a game with you yet, Hyperfighter, but everyone uses so many aliases, I'm not sure. I don't use aliases, with the exception of a tag change (Hitman is technically a tag, too) so if you see me, come play a game with me.


(Side Note: Name of the Clan is subject to change. We haven't agreed on it as an official name yet, but this is the one we used earlier and no one had a problem with it)

About pilot killing.., I will always try to snipe you, so kill me any time.

To be clear on the whole pilot killing thing:

I meant after they are ejected from their vehicle and and are touching down. If they don't threaten you with their sniper, that's when I ask you to be courteous and let them get in their vehicle first. As soon as they get down on one knee, feel free to gib their sorry ass. :3

lol, the worst is when the opposition follow's the pilot only to get sniped from mid air.... love it ! hahaha

Addendum: If they're aiming at you as they fall, feel free to take them out. But these guys normally just try to piss you off with their plasma rifles.

Those who are here for the wrong reasons, never stay too long.
