First, the IA mission support would have to be expanded to include the ability to execute mission scripts in DLLs or something. (Ken mentioned this briefly somewhere in the patch section)
Then, the cloak feature from RO would have to be coded from scratch, seeing as we don't have the RO code as a reference. After that, somebody who knows how to program would have to write their own mission scripts and try to mimic the missions in RO. Models and dialogs are all in RO's files, that would be simple to add to BZ for a mission.
It would be nice to play RO missions with the new code fixes and DirectX 9.

Far-fetched, but not impossible I guess. Maybe in 1.6... don't get your hopes up.
