This mission nicely shows the power of "Follow" command.

Yeah, that mission is fun.

I decided to make a video of it as well:

I might record a few other missions and upload them the next time I use the library's high speed.

With good BZ promotion on YouTube, we should be able to get more players.

And just for the sake of making the game look as good as possible in the graphics department, I turn on cockpit detail and largeAssets.

I would like to point out that instead of ME leading the AI, Transport 1 led the AI. ;) I simply ordered all my offensive units to follow Transport 1. Also, my encounter with the Golem seemed to go better than Spock's encounter. Spock was left smoking in red, I stayed in green. Remember: The best distance to use Thumper is 190m. When I was new to online, some random player (was it Kirk? :P) told me that best distance for Thumper was 190m and I always remembered that.

You see what happened to the Golem in my video? It was spinning wildly, unable to shoot me.

In BzE, Walkers are EXCLUDED from the Thumper. If BzE had single player, it'd be broken for sure.

Yes, I know you can sabotage the Walker with miniguns or something, but why do that when you can thump it and blow it to smithereens?

last time i played this mission, i went ahead and killed the first 2 turrets, then hopped out and snipe arkins tug as it started to leave the convoy. i ran up to it, hopped in, and drove over to the second launch pad near one of the barracks. after this i ran back to my forces, which were waiting at nav 2. i armed my tanks w/ sp stabbers, killed the walker, and proceeded with the mission. when i got to the second launchpad, collins was talking about not having the third tug, yet there it was, with a pilot in it and everything. :D
