NSDF Mission 2.
Go to bottom right corner to find a Soviet Barracks.
Did you know it was there?
Killing it does not give any advantage, but it's there. 
Only the computer can build a barracks on that terrain.

Its where the apc goes after it attacks  other wise it would just stay in your base if that was not there

I noticed that later on in the mission, I guess its the Soviet Field HQ until the strike force arrives. Though, unless the APC is sucessful, it has no real purpose.

Ah, the APC "returns" to it. When I play that mission, the APC always dies before it can get close enough to attack. Well... not always. Sometimes it actually manages to attack right before it EXPLODES.

I've never had to deal with that APC. It always blew to oblivion. It actually took me a while of seeing APC's in action in other missions before I realized what they did.
