I want this to be for anyone having trouble installing or running the game. However, after I had downloaded and supposedly successfully installed the game, as I went to run it, I get the message "Sorry, there is not enough memory to continue. Please make sure that you have at least 50MB free on your hard drive and that virtual memory is not disabled." I run vista 64 with a quad core, 4g ram, and 1TB HD I KNOW I have enough memory, so it has to be this virtual memory problem. Anyone have any idea how I go about fixing this?

IIRC, if you have more then 2 GB of memory you need to run bzone.exe under Windows XP compatibility mode. I believe this is fixed in Ken's upcoming 1.5 patch.

OK so I got the game to load, but as soon as I start the campaign, it says "unhandled exception" the game automatically closes. I ran it again and I get a "Battlezone Warning" saying "The game was not closed properly. Do you wish to run regular software mode or hardware accelerated mode? If I chose "hardware accelerated mode", it does the same thing all over again, but if I chose Software mode it loads the mission, but lags terribly. Anything else I need to know?

Ok after the fiasco of getting the game to actually run. I now cannot get the single player or the multi-player to work, getting the error "unhandled exception". I'm running this in compatibility mode, I've also messed with the 256 color and 640 x 480 resolution and nothing seems to work! Please help! I want to join in on the fun! >.<

Check into the 1.5 patch area, I think this issue has been addressed in the latest *experimental* build. This is a common problem with modern PC's playing BZ, Ken is working hard to make it compatible with them.

I mentioned this in your other topic, and I will here too. Download the latest *experimental* build in the 1.5 section, give it a whirl and see if it runs correctly.

Yeah, for technical support issues with 1.4 we need to "pretend" the experimental builds do not exist. 1.5 is not a solution until it's completed.
