Is there a way to play Co-Op against the computer? If not is there a way to play skirmish? I loved BZ1 but one of the cool things about BZ2 is that you can play against the computer. I know the AI isn't to today's standards but its something to kill time till a friend comes on. Besides my friends and I are more of a Players vs Computer guy...No stress...lol.

Is it possible to Mod?

Well What your talking about is MPI (multiplayer instant action)
and thats not going to be added in to bz for 1.5 maybe 1.6 (or what ever the next update is...) but you could always sit in the Teamspeak server and play single player or one of the instant action missions while your friend comes on.
There are a few heavily modded Pre MPI maps but....There not very good and no one can figure out how to make the enemy build more units.

Oh and have you seen the new 1.5 AI?
You wont be laughing at the bz AI anymore its finally been fixed. (expect for the stupid scavs..... :x )

And watch you never post here again
No but really you should post here again, we need some new blood.

It's technically possible, just not currently probable...at least as far as I'm aware.

Yeah I did some cleaning around my place and found this gem just itching to be played...lol. Yeah I just downloaded the 1.5 update and while playing some of the missions It felt harder, like the AI is able to hit me now ... :P

Where can I find those instant action missions and what Teamspeak server address are you guys in? I was looked around on the forum and thought you guys shut down your teamspeak server since it was a really old thread plus the server address battlezone1.net came up dead. Can I find you guys in the "Web Server List"?

Are we able to decompile the game? Do we know what compiler was used or language it was written in? Source code? Does all the legal rules still apply? Is it always raining in Philadelphia? lol :P

I really hope that MPI will be added in 1.6. That'll be fun.

It's written in C/C++ I believe. You can't really decompile that all too well. And no, source code is still locked.

Ken Miller has the source code and is making the 1.5 patch. I believe he said it's a mix of C/C++ and assembly. There's a topic about MPI here, so it might be added eventually after 1.5.
