i can connect to any games but i can talk on the server. and everyone has 0 pin and 0 loss

You should really try not to make mistakes like this in your posts, I can't tell which one of those "can" is really supposed to be a "can't" or "cannot". Obviously if you can connect to games and can talk on the server, there wouldn't be a problem. Which is it? You can connect to games but cannot talk in the lobby, or you cannot connect to games but can talk in the lobby?

any way correction it fixed its self randomly. so no need to worry

After correcting your grammar, the only "issue" you were having is "0" ping. It happens when you (or the one with fake 0 ping) don't rejoin Server after the game, or unsuccesful try of entering one.
