Battlezone 1

I have problem with Battlezone on Vista32. I made fix for vista from this forum. But I can play only first three levels. On fourth level (second Mars level) I have unhandled exception. I also can play Combat Excercises but I cannot play Soviet levels. I tried to play with Software only but there is only one static screen of level and the same exception. I also tried to play in Window but the same hapened. I have 1.8 version of BZ.

What you mean 1.8? ROFL, that's a crappy mod, I tried it once, first Soviet mission crashes. The latest Battlezone is 1.4, you can get it here.

The idiots who made a mod and named it "1.8 patch" didn't know what the heck they were doing. First off, it sucks beyond belief, second, it has a deceptive name. It might be called "1.8 patch" but it isn't a patch. In my eyes, it's not even a mod, because of the Soviet missions not being able to be played, and apparently a crash in NSDF Mission 4.

Yes, it was problem with 1.8 nightmare not patch. In 1.8 Factory there is Fury tank instead of Tug . So it is not possible to finish few levels...

In short, forget about the 1.8 mod and play the stock game. We can't troubleshoot problems with BZ mods, because we didn't make the mods.
