I have heard a lot of people have problems getting bzfrac to work with Windows 7 64-bit. I have found out a simple way how to do it, and I figured, why not create a tutorial for others to make it easy?
First of all, I am not responsible if this in any way may damage your computer, I don't see any ways in which it may if you follow the steps like I explain, but still...When you try to run bzfrac, you may get the following error:

This is amazingly easy to fix, if you know what you should do;
Step 1. Get the Wing32 dynamic link library, it should come with
bzfrac, but if not you can get it
here. Copy it somewhere handy (e.g. your desktop).
Step 2. Instead of placing the file in your
"C:\Windows\System" directory, locate the folder called
"SysWOW64", it should be in your Windows directory (if it doesn't exist create it) and copy
"wing32.dll" to it.
Step 3. Congratulations! If all gone well,
bzfrac should now run normally. There is one more thing though, you may get a floating point error when you try to create a map, this is because for some reason it won't accept
. as a valid character, use
, instead.
I hope this helps people having a hard time getting the program to work, it's really a indispensable piece of software to create maps!
