You are right. Thanks for pointing that out Spock. I now realized it's only a problem with grouped Howitzers, not single howitzer. When 1 or more are deployed and others are not...

1 and 2 are deployed, 3 is not:

Yet, I can give attack order to all of them. When I do, howitzer 3 will do barrel rolls in place, because it is not deployed, so will react strangely when ordered to attack without deploying first. See how ALT command is enabled? Space and ALT should be disabled, when not all howitzers are deployed. Attack command (3) is disabled, but Space and ALT seem to be working separate.

I see. Looks like a grouping bug, the same thing that APC's in 1.4 have. Maybe Ken can fix them both at once.

I'll see if I can straighten out the menu, since the command panel should only enable commands supported by all units in the group.

While it's broken, though, I'll have a much easier time reproducing (and fixing!) the undeployed Howitzer flail bug. I've been trying to pin that one down for a while. :)

Well, you fixed the Howitzer flail bug, now can you properly disable Space and ALT whenever attack menu command 3 is disabled? That's needed to make this improvement complete. When I have a group of howitzers moving into position, I don't want to be able to give undeployed one attack command, that would prevent him from moving into position. If I wanted that, I'd simply issue command 7 "Drop Off". :)
