Wow lol im behind in the time..or ahead w/e. Ok i have mounted the iso image and it is mounted with DT running. From there i double click RO icon but it prompts me with need 50mb of virutal memory. Did I do something wrong because all I see for instructions is download bz installer, install, mount iso image and play. I actualy do have the gold pack with the cd's but i get the same memory error as well.. what am I missing? PLEASE help I have always wanted to play the first games after playing BZ2 for so long.

You must have over 3 GB of RAM. Try running it in Windows 98 compatibility mode.

rofl...I have 32 GB of RAM and 2 GB ati video card. This is why I laughed when it said I didn'nt have enough virtual memory but I understand the game doesn't recognize it. But I tried the compatibility but it still prompts me with not enough memory need at least 50 mb of virtual memory

IIRC, there are some emulators that allow todays high end pc's to run older games, they accomplish this by slowing down the processor and limiting the amount of memory to the game (essentially making the computer think it has much less than it really has). I'm not sure if BZ/RO would fall in this category as they aren't considered "ancient" just yet, the ones that are are usually DOS games. I forgot what program I used to have that did this, but you can look around at http://www.emulator-zone.com/.

Spock on those links, will that video tutorial work for TRO. Also is there an experimental build.exe for tro like there is for bz because i have the install cd install and i also have the complete bz installer 1998 from the website downloaded too. P.S. Wondering when that windows 98 emulator will be built ...sigh someday someday....(might just boot win98 from a flash drive instead of booting my normal os but probly wouldnt pick up my hardware). vmware is a little bit of a hassle.

Ignore the video (like said in that topic). Do what I did in the first link, just use RO exe. There will be no RO builds/updates. VMware would allow you only software mode. It's useless for BZ/RO.
