I have find the Bz_1.4O.exe on my other Pc , i opened it with winrar and it had not works what must I do ???? Must i have a special programm ?

How you mean it doesn't work?
It was compressed and you uncompressed it with WinRar... Then you tried to install it and what happened?

I get error , I believe it is because the data file is broken....
/editt
I clicked on the Bz_1.4O.exe and it was by 99 % and got a error : CRC-Error

Yeah, it's damaged file...
Wait till tomorrow, then new version of installer should be released.

when you are going to start search a new bz1 full installer , can you find the german installer or multi languange installer .....

I'm not gonna search for it, I'm gonna create it and upload it.  All 1.4O links are removed from the Internet due new version coming soon... I said it will be done today and my clock shows 2.30pm (yours too) so I still have a few hours... 1.4O was multilingual installer and so will be the next version (you will have PDF manual in German too).

I created Bz 1.4 M, N and O, so you know what to expect.
Of course that single player campaign is in the installer. Intro, outro and credits are on a CD.
