I got tired of superficiality, so I removed Active topics tracker (can't remove the button).

You know, topic can be interesting even though no one replied to it in for more than a week. And anyone can keep silly topic "active" with an ease.

I put it back for 1.5 section since that forum with 4 subforums was too hard to navigate without. Still, don't forget that the most important topic in that section is Bug Index.
