Battlezone 1

So, I've been playing BattleZone since I was a little kid, when Activision first released it. I have always wanted to use the editor but I never figured out how. I know to put /edit somewhere, but my question is, where?

I need a decent explanation of what to do so I can use the Battlezone editor. I am using the Battlezone 1998 download.

Or in BZ Config 9000, simply select the map, check the edit box, and press launch. (you might want to disable 3D Card and enable window mode in the main configuration first, and then reverse that when you run BZ normally again)
