This is the Intro and close videos in portuguese. I found my installation CD. Shame it does not work on Windows 7. I uploaded the videos and you can check them http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6FbBSr1X5o and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VNk8vR6tACw.
When I used to play this game back in 1998, everything was in portuguese. Now I wonder... Does anyone know which are the audio files or any files I should replace in the new 1.5 release to have it working in portuguese? Thank you!

I think Mr. Spock will release Battlezone 1.5 in different languages like he did with Battlezone 1.4. :)

It is not recommended to change the game's files, even more because 1.5 is in beta stage now.

You have a Portuguese Battlezone CD? Wow, with that, battlezone1.net could get a Portuguese Battlezone Installer. :)

Yes, I have a portuguese CD. It just does not work on Windows after Windows 98 SE.

That is epic! Even all the in-game radio messages are Portuguese?

Yes, they are all in portuguese. Radio conversations, screen names: Recicladora, Fábrica, Torres, Tanque..., Strategy key, I mean... everything. And the CCA accent in Portuguese is incredible. Hope someone can help me to have the 1.5 version "portuguesed".

Battlezone1.net used to have English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and a (poorly translated) Russian version of Battlezone 1.4, but at the moment it seems that only English is available. It seems that Portuguese would be yet another separate language to offer BZ in. I expect that the different language versions of Battlezone 1.5 would appear on the site once the 1.5 patch is finalized. I am sure that updating one installer for every build that Ken makes takes a little while. Imagine 6 or 7 installers... that would be madness.

If you browse your BZ CD, you should find a folder called "Install". Inside that folder should be another one named "data". If you could zip that "data" folder (118 MB) and upload it somewhere, like Dropbox. Paste a link to the file here, and I bet we could eventually have a Portuguese installer. :)

Ah, so there wasn't a Portuguese install? Interesting then, hope we can get this in soon! :D

I just sent a CD image link through PM. Hope we can have a portuguese game. Lots of people would like to play if they understood the "talks".
