wow! awesome game! and im glad chippy is back in.

im back from spring break and therefore once again able to play BZ:)

i will be on today from around 8pm GMT for about 5 hours onward. tourney games anyone in division B please!

Tuesday would be the day to play me in Tournament games. Unfortunately, I have suffered an epic failure. The built-in LCD display of my laptop quit working just an hour ago. I am now using the big fat CRT monitor from my Windows 98 Emachines PC hooked up to my laptop.

It seems to me I should withdraw from the tournament, as I no longer have a way to play Battlezone on high speed Internet. Public computers won't install BZ; no admin privileges. Besides, I'd only be able to be on for 1 hour.

Either I play strat games on dial up or I withdraw. Take your pick.

Good games everybody. I don't know if I'll buy a new computer soon or try to have this one repaired soon or not.

Dominant vs Chippy game on the Theater o' Pain won't count. You already played there in the division C, with the same host. This is the 3rd time I'm repeating that rule.

Also, when I said I need a SS as a confirmation, I didn't mean on a lobby SS. If defeated player already posted his loss, that part is clear. I want in-game SS. That applies for Spork (2 games) and Dominant. Still waiting on Dom's 2nd game and furykiller's SS...


You can run BZ98 from USB memory stick, if you copy-paste working installation folder over there.

and i am here confirming my first game with chippy, hosted on corners.

i was unable to get a final SS of me taking his last life cuz the game ended right after it, but my AI shot him outta the air after he was ejected from a stolen scavenger.

i frapped part of the game but youtube wont let me upload it even though it is under 10 mins and only 2.07 gb (help on this please). this video would include me destroying his rec and base.

however i do have a SS confirming chippy being down to one life



very sorry about that ill change my SS key to be closer to the other keys while im gaming

Screenshot you posted is perfect. That's exactly what was needed - a confirmation that the game happened.

As for your video, you have to convert it before uploading. Use Windows movie maker if you dont have anything else. The file will be 10x smaller then.

alright glad thats all thats nesecary. i always try to get a few SSs of every game but they arnt always the best cuz of all the action.

and i tried using windows movie maker it doesnt work. but i thought youtube could upload .avi's without issue

i lost against dom on commpass his choice. first i abandond my tank (like i did with riceje but failed) and i owned him with a sniper. then he made an outpost i tried to destroy it and failed with my life taken away. then he destroyed my base but i hid a tankl with upgrades and when dom was all alone in a walker to protect from my deadly snipe i desrtroyed it and killed him. then he tricked me with ai and he pretended to be one and kilt me so no word on second fight gg dom

YouTube has 2 GB size limit and 10 minute length limit. I made a topic showing what export format I like the best so far in Windows Movie Maker. That's the format I use for YouTube uploads.
