Battlezone 1

This is the last tournament led by me. If you want to see more tourneys in the future, next time someone else will have to take care of division C and B. If you manage to do it, I could take over from there. The problem is, there are just not enough people really interested in this, respecting the protocol, participating the way they should.

As for this tournament, I won't remind/correct/warn/"threaten" you anymore. If you don't play by the rules you won't get points. If you don't understand something, ask questions. I can't stand when you play dumb, hoping "it" might pass.

Furykiller: 2
Due Sporkinator withdrawing those 2 games won't count. Spork confirmed fury's loss with an end-game ss. To get 4 points in-game SS is needed or fury's approval to go without.

Theater o' Pain: Dominant-chippy the clown
The Compass: chippy the clown-Dominant
chippy: 0 (-1)
Dominant: 0 (-2)
TOP game won't count cause same map reruns are not allowed in the group stage. Dominant need to post confirmation before chippy gets 1 point and a SS before he gets 2 points (or chippy's approval).

i definately played both games with jon and dom, and have SSs to prove it.

also, for furture tourneys i would be happy to organize divisions C and B.

and i apologize for any of my breaking of the rules. i assure you it is not lack on respect, or knowing its wrong, becuase i take this seriously. its pure accidental forgetfulness.

Defeated doesn't have to post a SS (although it would be nice to see those too). You won't get points on Spork for the same reason Chippy didn't get points on Die. They are both out of the tournament.

I know you are only being polite, but that's the part I hate too - people aplogizing to me. Why? For what? Apologize to each other for not playing the games you should. Or even better - play them.
Beside, furykiller, you did nothing wrong, I was talking in general.

Even if I didn't have a random unexpected computer issue (LCD fail), I'm afraid I wouldn't have gotten my games and I would have been disqualified in the end anyway. I barely made it to Division B with my lack of games. I played 5 games, won 4 of them, and that wasn't all in one day, it was spread out over 3 weeks. Everybody I played, they were good games, very fun. I'm pretty sure that I have nothing to be sorry for, aside from the inconvenience it may have caused.

The one who enters a tournament and doesn't hardly show up in the lobby, any day of the week (like Zachtank) shouldn't have entered the tournament unless they planned to frequent the lobby asking for their games. Then there's Dominant who "conveniently" had an ISP issue when I was available to play. I'm not saying it was on purpose, but sometimes I can't help but wonder why my luck is so bad. Then there's Kyle who got himself back on the Wall of Shame right after he got removed. He was always too hammered to give me even a single game. Riceje, you're awesome, but you wouldn't give me game #2 after your defeat on Ice Ice. I see how you roll.

I have no idea why you post with such ignorance on a forum and don't speak like this in the battlezone lobby.
I didn't 'conveniently' have isp problems, i didn't play any games for almost a week, so you could say it was 'inconvenient'.
I explained to you my isp problems and we even attempted to have a game, which i lagged out of. due to mass units in one place, it took 4-5 seconds to bring up unit attack menu, so yeah i had FPS problems also.

Don't talk like this about me please, i felt bad that you were going to get disqualified because you couldn't play the games with me, so if you remember rightly i infact offered to concede defeat in the two games i couldn't play with you.
After reading what you had said about me, it pretty much accuses me of being unfair and cheating you. No matter that you said i had done it on purpose or not.

What I meant was that between legit tech issues and players not showing up, etc. the tournament actually became slightly stressful for me when I saw time ticking away week after week. I never mentioned this, but my laptop's headphone port is damaged, which sometimes caused my sound to disappear while playing games. I never complained about it because sound isn't THAT important. I meant no offense Dominant, and I don't take any offense at your last post. I feel you man, tech/ISP issues are the worst. Well, since you're still in the tourney, good luck.

well yes i am trying to be polite, and you did organize the tournament so i will apologize to you. i can't apologize to other players who aren't in the lobby . plus, i try to be available for games, so yeah i guess im following the second, more practical part of your statement.

Half true.
Like said before, TOP game with you and Chippy won't count, so -4 doesnt concern that. Forget about that game.
(After my previous post) you confirmed 1 point for each Simmdc and furykiller, but you haven't confirmed your 4 points with a SS's. Workaround for this is them saying that they don't need your SS's. If none of that happens, those game will count, but you won't get points for them.

In-game SS isn't just a confirmation that the game happened. It tells much more, even when fabricated.

Beside, I made a mistake, Dominant needs chippy's (and simmdc's) approval, not yours. Why you made a mistake?
