If you selected custom sniper scope during installation of BZ98, but now you don't like it and you want original sniper scope back, without reinstalling the whole game, unzip this file in your "addon" folder.

how do you open a .stb file? (AutoCAD?)

You don't open them, you place them in addon. :)
