Use the UNZFS tool to extract bzone.zfs, and then look for grave00.wav.

EDIT: Wait... Rave Run? Typo? I assume you mean Rave Gun.

I'm guessing you can't un-.zfs something, change something, then re-.zfs it? That would be too simple.

No, but you can place your custom sound clips in the addon folder and you'll hear them in-game.

Make sure it is 8 bit mono. 22000k I think works, if not try 16000khz compression.

Could this tool be used to extract all the sounds in Battlezone? I just need it for a project of mine (naturally with credits to Battlezone for those sounds).

Yes everything from Bitmaps of the Menus, to Sounds of the Weapons are in the 'bzone.zfs' archive

The other .zfs archives contain the Vehicle Texture maps (.map files) which combined with Map Viewer, and MS Paint can create custom ship skins like here.

Shhh. :P

Yes I am, although it should be known that actual work on this project didn't start until last monday. But this isn't the thread to discuss it, PM me instead if your very eager to know more. Once I get more stuff finished on it then I'll post a thread elsewhere on the forums about the project.
