When you see that message it means you have more than 3GB of RAM, which is confusing BZ. It also means you have 64bit Windows.
If you are on Vista or 7, solution for this is simple - run BZ in a compatibility mode for WinXP.

, thinking that XP compatibility is a must on Vista/7. I just realized it's not by installing 7 on my old PC with 2GB of RAM.
