On the Mars mission, I saved the game a short time after picking up the strange object with the tug. When I returned to the game I commanded the tug to go to the base that I had set up at the NE Geyser. At that point the tug just hung around at the base and the game didn't advance. Is it because I saved it and didn't finish the game the first time? Does the mission lose it's sequence if you go back to it later? I just ended up doing lots of building and we attacked and wiped out the CCA base. There were never any further instructions from mission command.

Make sure that the Tug is right next to the recycler and try dropping off the Relic. I know that when I do this mission, I always make sure that I park my Tug right next to the recycler and drop it off.
