Problem: Even after port forwarding the correct ports to the correct internal ip i still get 100% loss.

Maybe some ports are blocked by default. The only thing that works for sure is DMZ. Try that.

I haven't ran into any problems, minus the easy fix "Sorry, there is not enough memory to continue." error, which I fixed.

Dell Inspiron 14R
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (oh and its on service pack 1)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 - 2410M CPU @ 2.30 Ghz
(has the nice hyperthreading, so this runs like its a quad-core :D )
RAM: 4 GB
Graphic Card: Integrated Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
BZ Install: BZ 98 1.4 and 1.5
Router: D-Link DIR-655

And the render.cfg:
Code:
[NormalView]
VisibilityScale=150
HiRes=1

[Debug]
TrackFPS=1

[D3D]
ZBuffer=1
Alpha=1
Texture16=1
HalfTexel=1
TripleBuffer=1
SplitZBuffer=0
MipMaps=1
PreLoad=0
LargeAssets=1
LoadSprites=0
Buffer32=1
Vsync=1
MaxAnisotropy=16
MultiSampleType=0
MultiSampleQuality=0
