hi guys

can some help me please.
i downloaded and played bz fine, cleared the yank section started to play the russian part, then when i came to play it today it wont work.

when i go to launch, it all goes black and it says "unhandled exception"

Something must have changed somehow since your BZ was working, and now it stopped. Please post your system specifications. (Operating System, Graphics Card)

Try setting the resolution to 800x600 or higher in BZ Graphic Options.

I have the same problem except i can get into the game but not play anything. (i.e. multiplayer or campaign)

mine does the same thing when i try to play in fullscreen

If I remember right, there's no solution for running HW fullscreen on 64 Bit Windows + ATI Card, although single player works over configuration utility by launching the mission directly. There's a topic somewhere about this, but I can't find it. (I'm aware I am repeating what was said somewhere else by somebody else)

As a last resort, you can try running in window mode, although due to a bug, the game will be hard to play if FPS exceeds 60.

You don't remember right. There's no solution for running HW fullscreen on Windows 7 + ATI Card, other than switching to integrated graphics card (supported by some processors).

Vista is kinda unexplored, but I was able to run BZ with it + ATI card. Try setting XP compatibility and running HW fullscreen with resolution 800x600 or higher.

i will try that but i can run fullscreen if i launch from config utility first but doing so makes single and multi gameplay laggy so when i give the game a command it wont do so until five seconds later and will keep doing that so when i press forward i can hear it but wont see any change until 5 seconds later

ok i tried opening it with config utility and it worked fine so why wont it do the same when i dont chosse a mission
