Battlezone 1

I'm running the game in compatibility mode since I'm using windows 7. When I run the game windowed through the config. tool it plays fine I can load a mission and play no prob, even with default config. settings. However when I run the game independent of the config tool I can get into the menus and such but when I load a mission the loading screen loads then I get an unhandled exception and the game freezes. I've lurked around on the boards for a day or two but haven't found a thread that matches my prob. Any help is much appreciated!

My pc specs are:
CPU: Intel i7 Q720 @1.60Ghz
Memory: 4GBytes
Cache: 1MBytes

Video Card:
Nvidia Geforce 310m
Core Speed * 625 MHz
Shader Speed * 1530 MHz
Memory Speed * 800 MHz
Memory Bus Width 64 Bit
Memory Type GDDR3, DDR3
Max. Amount of Memory 512 MB

Use 800x600 reslution or higher, that should work for your Nvidia.

If not, wait for us in 1.5.

Yea changing the resolution doesn't help.

When you say wait, should I not try the beta of 1.5?

Of course you should try it out. It's just that you will hardly find players online, cause 1.4 and 1.5b lobbies are separated (for now). You have to wait until we merge.

P.S. Basing my opinion on other Nvidia systems I still think yours should work with 1.4. Try one more time - reinstall BZ98, don't touch render, set BZ resolution the closest you can to your desktop resolution, then launch Single player in full screen, HW mode (main BZ shortcut).
